St Austell Brewery has been brewing beer in Cornwall since 1851. Fast forward 165 years and today it is a leading light in Britain’s beer and pub sector with award winning beers including Tribute, Proper Job and Korev, a thriving 170 strong pub estate stretching from the Scillies to Bristol and fast-growing wholesale drinks and wine business.
It took us nearly 160 years to create the perfect lager and we wanted to make sure it was uniquely Cornish. Korev, Cornish language for “beer” is brewed with finest lager malt from barley grown right here in Cornwall to provide a wonderful pale colour and a clean, crisp taste.
The south west’s favourite beer, Tribute Cornish Pale Ale is light, hoppy and zesty. Orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt to create this superb Cornish classic. A consistently delicious ale, Tribute was born to be enjoyed with good friends and wonderful music.
A powerfully hopped golden bitter that explodes with citrus grapefruit flavour, Proper Job is an authentic IPA brewed with Cornish spring water, Cornish grown Maris Otter barley, and a blend of imported American hops. Quite simply: this is a great beer.
