Cornwall’s hottest rock band joins the bill
Fresh from recording their debut album at the famous, Abbey Road Studios, King Creature, are joining the Looe Music Festival line-up.
Likened by many to Black Label Society, Pantera and Alice in Chains, King Creature’s unique and powerful sound comes from the pairing of two technically-gifted lead guitarists, a heavy groove-based rhythm section and melodic old school dirty rock vocals.
King Creature are Dave Kellaway on bass and lead vocals, Matt K. Vincent on lead guitar, Dave Evans on lead guitar and Jack Bassett on drums. They formed in 2013 and released their debut self-titled EP in 2014.
Their high-energy live performances have blown away audiences across the South West and their national reputation has grown as result. Last year, they supported the legendary Motorhead at Eden Sessions and played at Bloodstock in Derbyshire, the UK’s biggest independent metal festival, alongside Down, Emperor, Megadeth, Hellyeah and Saxon.
Catch the hard-rocking four-piece from Cornwall on Saturday 24th September.
