1. The right of admission is reserved.
  2. Tickets will not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
  3. Availability of tickets is not guaranteed. A limited number of each ticket type have been issued. Licensed capacity is finite.
  4. Management reserve the right to alter or in the event of adverse weather conditions to curtail or cancel the performance.
  5. There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation.
  6. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary or cancel the advertised programme if necessary.
  7. Strictly no dogs. Animals are not permitted in the ticketed areas. Dogs are not allowed on East Looe Beach at any time of year.
  8. Glass is not allowed in the ticketed area. No alcohol is to be taken-in (or out) of the ticketed areas as these areas are licensed premises. Please treat the ticketed areas as you would a pub – you wouldn’t take your own drinks to the pub, and wouldn’t take your drinks away with you. Please also refrain from bringing food into the ticketed areas.
  9. Strictly no fireworks or fire lanterns allowed in the ticketed area.
  10. Under 18s will be issued with a different coloured tamper-proof wristband.
  11. Those who are, or whom appear to be under 18 will not be served alcohol or allowed to consume alcohol, and will be refused entry if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol upon arrival.
  12. Youths aged 16 and 17 will be issued with a different coloured tamperproof wristband.
  13. All under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult upon entering the ticketed venues.
  14. Looe Music Festival reserves the right to exclude any person (even if they have a wristband) if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
  15. Under 5s will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
  16. Tamper-proof fabric wristbands will be applied to ticket holders on arrival at the event. Wristbands will be applied directly to the person to whom the ticket relates. Wristbands cannot be collected by another person.
  17. Looe Music Festival will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  18. Tickets guarantee access to the main stage arena only (subject to the terms above). Access to other venues is on a first come first served basis due to capacity. So, if you want to see someone in particular band – get there early.
  19. Looe Music Festival reserves the right to refund tickets purchased for coach travel and car parking in the event of there being insufficient demand to warrant the service.
  20. Looe Music Festival reserves the right to change the price of the tickets purchased from the Box Office on the day of the performance or event.
  21. By entering the ticket areas you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for promotional activity.
  22. We allow basic digital cameras but not professional photography set-ups with lenses and camera bags. Photography equipment is restricted due to; (1) Public safety is priority, large lenses and camera bags pose a security risk and we are legally obliged to bag check everything. We aim to reduce the amount of items/bags being brought in to the ticketed areas. (2) Contractual terms in place with our performers who wish to control professional quality images in the public domain. (3) We also wish to control professional quality images of our event in the public domain. We want our audiences to relax and enjoy the show and of course take snaps of their special weekend in Looe so compact digital cameras and iPhones are welcome.
  23. Photographs or any other recordings of sound or images taken by a Ticket Holder within the Venues may be used for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes only. The Ticket Holder shall not, except for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes and in any event not for commercial gain, disseminate at any time, over the internet, radio, television and/or any other current and/or future form or type of media, any sound, image, description of the Event (in whole or in part) including (without limitation) any such content made, recorded or captured in still or moving form by mobile phones or by any other form of wireless and/or portable device, and shall not assist any other person(s) in the conduct of such activities. Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), unauthorised photos, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and/or destroyed by us.
  24. The ticket holder acknowledges that the police and/or security staff may carry out filming for the security of Ticket Holders and the prevention of crime.
  25. Illegal drugs and former legal highs are not tolerated on our premises.
  26. As a condition of entry you are subject to search, at any time.
  27. Our security staff are entitled to search your bags and your person for illegal and prohibited items, including drugs and alcohol.
  28. There are covert staff onsite and CCTV covering various areas of the festival and town.
  29. We will take firm action in conjunction with the local Police to arrest dealers.
  30. Our drugs policy includes Nitrous Oxide (NOS) and former legal highs.
  31. Former legal highs are now known as NPS (New Psychoactive Substances) and it is now an offence to sell them.

When do we collect your personal information? We would really like to send you details about our products, services, offers & promotions but we will only do so when you tell us that you are happy to receive this information. You can let us know that you would like to receive this information online when you purchase tickets, enter competitions, buy merchandise or sign-up to our newsletter.

We use the information you give to us in a number of different ways:

Processing orders and delivery

To process your order ensuring that the personal and financial information you provide is accurate. For this, we use payment systems of trusted third parties to ensure that your payment is safe and that your details are not being used fraudulently. We use systems of fraud analysis, which ensure that genuine and accurate payment details are being provided to LMF for any purchase. We may also use credit agencies to perform this task for us.

To ensure that the products and services you buy from us are delivered to the correct address. For example, your name, address for delivery and any delivery preferences you have outlined to us such as the time of day you wish to receive a delivery.

We use technology to track your mobile or other electronic device. If you have your WiFi capability switched on your mobile or other electronic device whilst you are on the festival site, in public spaces of Looe or immediately outside the perimeter of the store, we will be able to use this information to identify your phone or other electronic device’s MAC Address. This information is collected and stored securely by us. We use this information on an anonymous basis and will not use it to identify any particular user. We use the information collected to help us generate statistics on our visitor experience, for analysis purposes and for future marketing initiatives. This information is also used by us to determine how we can improve our services to you. If you do not want us to track your device or use your information in this way, please turn off the WiFi capability on your phone or other electronic device within your settings.

To carry out marketing activities and optimise the customer browsing experience

We use a number of methods in our marketing when collecting your personal data. For instance:

  • We may use the information we collect from you to analyse how you shop and what you shop for. This allows us in the future to provide a browsing experience which is relevant to you and ensures that we provide you with marketing materials which are relevant to your needs and tastes;

We use CCTV at our events for the purposes of safety and crime detection and monitoring. We only store the information collected by CCTV for a period of time, which allows us to assist regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies. This information is kept in secure environments and access is restricted to qualified security personnel.
